Overall was worth the stay mr Jensen was in poor shape when arrived with time he did very well and would return only to Hamilton if ever need be pt again he even dropped a few pounds that he was also pleased with walking again very well thanks to pt

Mr Burdi was very pleased with all the care he received as well as reaching all his goals ????also his wife Charlene was heavily involved daily as she became a fixture at Hamilton both of them building close relationship we many of us , when asked if she would care to do a google review she said love to and when I said it???s 1-5 stars ?????? Mrs Rivera had a very positive and productive stay at Hamilton she had reach her goals and did leave slightly early only because she received news of her dad passing and she need to leave and fly to Mexico to be with the family she was a lovely resident and gave us 5* on our google review wishing Rivera family prayers

Mrs Ogrady was in a very confused , weekend state when she was admitted as time went on she grew in strength and much less confused I noticed more when she had one on one conversation with all of us staff she and the family seemed pretty happy with her goals met in pt and would recommend Hamilton to any who should have the need

Family was very grateful for the devotion and professionalism given by RN ZULFYIA who many including me concur wonderful nurse The only issue was some of the meals as far as taste but the wife was very involved came to visit daily and brought his favorites foods other then that the wife was happy and the patient mr Dabulis repeatedly say he was happy and felt comfortable during his stay with us and very happy with pt last if ever needed he would certainly choose Hamilton again

Mr Susino came to us on 8-21-2023 Wasserstein in a very week state , he also came with a chargeable life vest which he was concerned about but shortly became very comfortable in his interaction whit nursing as he learned were properly trained his pt went very well and he was string enough to discharge on 11-29-2023 retiring to his own home he was truly satisfied at Hamilton and will for sure recommend us to all

Antoinette was one of the sweetest patient she is 75 percent deaf so difficult at times to communicate , she also had a heart monitor device which was covering for her but staff made sure all was perfect lastly she has one nephew Anthony who a I had many dealings with his only concern was she could not use or hear tge bed side phone ???? so our administrator was kind enough to set up a temporary cell that she kept by her side at all times her pt went well and she will be getting some private help at home

the therapist at Hamilton park are so great and helpful , I came in not being able to walk and now I'm my old self again . thanks to the rehab team jackie, Keisha and Rebecca were all so good to me. breanna my social worker was great, she was very patient and understanding .

The Food was really good , i enjoyed the menu.

The food was good. My only complaint is that the food usually came cold and someone would have to heat it up for me. Everyone is very sweet here. I wish I could take them with me, but I can't wait to be home!

The people here are very nice and I had a good time. I miss my family though and happy to go home. I will miss Josie, Karl and Francis.

I liked the equipment they gave me for my room. I can use the cane or walker slowly in the hallways. I can move around to get water or see people. Francis was very good. Everyone is a sweetheart.

Therapy was good. Tom was always on time and faithful during my therapy in the morning. Everyone was friendly and nice to me. It was boring sometimes but I also enjoyed the quiet.

Despite the challenges with my mother, she benefitted from being at the facility and from therapy. I saw a difference in her physical progress and she's continuing to improve at home. I am grateful for my mother's social worker who tried to ease the transition for both my mother and I.

I wish there was more variety or a menu for the meals, instead of the cycle system. I enjoyed working with Sandy and Raschella. I never had a problem with them or with my therapy with them. The gym was very nice: spacious area, good machines, and nicely decorated. The nurse Francis was always very helpful and good. He was always available us. The CNAs came within a good time when I rang my call bell and tried to help me. Once in a while, they wouldn???t be able to assist right away but that???s okay. My social worker Breanna was very nice and always tried to help me with what I needed.

My therapists brought me down to the gym and really pushed me to walk; they were very helpful when I felt weak or tired. I didn???t like the medication schedule, but I understood the purpose of my medication and the timing.

The food here is excellent and I always eat everything they provide me. The nurses were fantastic and I will always remember the attention they gave to my care. I look forward to continuing my care at home with the knowledge they provided me at the facility. And I look forward to coming back when visitation is more open. Ms.Breanna was very excellent and addressed all my concerns. She knows how to do her job and is a pleasure to talk to.

My therapy was very good! I can walk independently and do things on my own. I couldn???t use the gym when I first arrived, but the therapists did good work on the floor. The nursing staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They treat me so nice here. The doctor is not here a lot. I ask the nurses for almost everything I need.

My experience was great. The staff is nice and smart. The weekend needs more nurses though, sometimes I have trouble getting help.

My nurses and aides were very helpful and always available to answer my questions. They were also helpful in sorting out the details of my discharge and medications. The welcome and discharge gifts were a wonderful addition to my stay. I don???t use robes often but it is a nice gesture. It felt very luxurious.

I usually don???t have an appetite. The meals are alright. My social worker did not have all the specific details about my discharge, but she is trying to figure all my home information for me so I can be prepared when I leave.

The food here is good. The only concern I had was about my special diet. I have never eaten pork and initially it was something I received in my meals. The staff helped me change it though.

The CNAs are exceptionally good and always answered my questions. I was treated well by the Hamilton Park staff. I don't think I have any complaints. My social worker was very helpful and answered my questions to the best of her ability.

Everything is kept clean for me. The food is good. I usually eat all of it, especially breakfast.

Not all of the food is good. I am able to order takeout and my family drops off food though. My physical therapist Chris was caring and saw me everyday. The nurses are super smart and excellent. And the night nurses are excellent.

The food here is okay. I don't expect high-end stuff when it comes to hospital food. I liked the change in meals and special holiday meals! When I first came here, I could not move or get up. Now, I have no problem getting out of the chair. Therapy and the therapists here are great!

The therapists prepared me to walk on my own, but I still have to practice walking in my shoes again. Francis explained my medications before I was discharged, so I knew how to take care of myself afterwards.
