Despite the challenges with my mother, she benefitted from being at the facility and from therapy. I saw a difference in her physical progress and she's continuing to improve at home. I am grateful for my mother's social worker who tried to ease the transition for both my mother and I.
Everyone here was really nice to me. I don’t have anything to complain about or mention.
Everything was okay. This was a very good stay. Every here is nice and helpful.
Everyone here is very nice. The therapists and social worker were accommodating but I wish I could change my home equipment. My social worker Breanna was one of the nicest people here!
The nurses are good. I was able to move around on my own to get water or help. Everyone is friendly.
My therapists brought me down to the gym and really pushed me to walk; they were very helpful when I felt weak or tired. I didn’t like the medication schedule, but I understood the purpose of my medication and the timing.
The food here is excellent and I always eat everything they provide me. The nurses were fantastic and I will always remember the attention they gave to my care. I look forward to continuing my care at home with the knowledge they provided me at the facility. And I look forward to coming back when visitation is more open. Ms.Breanna was very excellent and addressed all my concerns. She knows how to do her job and is a pleasure to talk to.
My therapy was very good! I can walk independently and do things on my own. I couldn’t use the gym when I first arrived, but the therapists did good work on the floor. The nursing staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They treat me so nice here. The doctor is not here a lot. I ask the nurses for almost everything I need.
My experience was great. The staff is nice and smart. The weekend needs more nurses though, sometimes I have trouble getting help.
My nurses and aides were very helpful and always available to answer my questions. They were also helpful in sorting out the details of my discharge and medications. The welcome and discharge gifts were a wonderful addition to my stay. I don’t use robes often but it is a nice gesture. It felt very luxurious.
I usually don’t have an appetite. The meals are alright. My social worker did not have all the specific details about my discharge, but she is trying to figure all my home information for me so I can be prepared when I leave.
The stuffed shells and veal parmesan were very delicious! I looked forward to my meals everyday. My nurses and aids came all the time and almost right away. They were excellent.

The food here is good. The only concern I had was about my special diet. I have never eaten pork and initially it was something I received in my meals. The staff helped me change it though.
The nursing staff I had during my stays were nice and helpful. My social worker helped me with my needs.
“The food is good. It’s surprisingly good for hospital or nursing facility food.”
The pastries are tasty. The therapists were able to communicate with me in English and Spanish - it was very helpful.
My therapists are very sweet, and they greet me when they work with my roommate too. My social worker was very nice and helped me with everything I needed.
The nursing staff was very friendly and always tried to help me.

The CNAs are exceptionally good and always answered my questions. I was treated well by the Hamilton Park staff. I don't think I have any complaints. My social worker was very helpful and answered my questions to the best of her ability.
Everything is kept clean for me. The food is good. I usually eat all of it, especially breakfast.
Not all of the food is good. I am able to order takeout and my family drops off food though. My physical therapist Chris was caring and saw me everyday. The nurses are super smart and excellent. And the night nurses are excellent.
The food here is okay. I don't expect high-end stuff when it comes to hospital food. I liked the change in meals and special holiday meals! When I first came here, I could not move or get up. Now, I have no problem getting out of the chair. Therapy and the therapists here are great!
My room was very comfortable for me. The nurses were excellent and responded to my concerns.
The food was good and I usually finished all of it! Francis and Alexis were great and really took care of me.
My room was always decorated and comfortable. I have photos and flowers. The nurses were informative and good during my stay. I moved a few times in the facility but each room/floor was good and I never had any major issues.
Everything was good. My room was always taken care of and housekeeping was nice. I am able to use a walker now. My therapist was helpful.
Housekeeping was very nice and respectful. The food was good and I was able to change my meal preferences. The therapists are a great team and I loved going down to the gym. Nurses are excellent and usually attentive. I try not to use the call-bell too much. Everything was good. My social worker was around more at the end. I would have liked to see my social worker more during my stay.
The therapists prepared me to walk on my own, but I still have to practice walking in my shoes again. Francis explained my medications before I was discharged, so I knew how to take care of myself afterwards.
The nurses are sweet and always humor me. My social worker was great and really listened to me when we talked.
The Dietician was excellent! The therapists were helpful and encouraged me to recover, but I wish I had more time at therapy to continue to improve my mobility.
Even with a limited diet, they still made sure I ate something and gave me some options.
The food was good but a little repetitive. They also worked with my special dietary needs. Therapists are happy to help me when they see me in the hallway. I am moving around better and ready to go home. My nurse made sure my medications were taken care of during my stay, and told me what I needed to continue doing after my discharge. My social worker was very nice.
Aide is so so nice
