My first time to be in nursing home setting my expectation exceeded from what I heard about nursing home. Nemesia explained the highest score 1s 5 I will give all the staff of 10 I am well cared of and attended and I will recommend Arbor Glen to my family and friends Thank you Eva, Jay,And the girls that take care of me everyday

The following nurses and aids were outstanding. Patricia Thompson night shift-believesin patient care, Donna 5:30am medical positive and cheerful(that's needed at 5:30 in the morning!) Eva or Iva always try to help a patient Jackie Gilbert follows up the extra amount and gets tasks and request done Ruth- kind and helps uplift patient spirits 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Care ar Arbor Glen is excellent. The staff that take care of me and physical theraist are excellent. Nurses and cnaa re very nice and I don't a complaint at all everybody is caring and knowledgeable

Very attentive and responsive.the staff was kind and very helpful to me during this very stressful time. I will always be grateful for everything they did to help my father in law and help him get ready for assisted living.

The food could be better but it was ok,most of the staff has a good sense of humor. All of th PT staff was great. Thanks for taking care of me I heard some bad things about places like this but I was treated with respect.

I am very happy with the care my father has been receiving at Arbor Glen. It feels like a partnership, which is very comforting. My dad feels safe here. He says everyone is very thoughtful, attentive, and he feels well cared for.

I was extremely pleased with this facility, always exhibiting quality customer service and the utmost of professionalism and respect for the patients and their families. All routine was consistent on a daily basis and the building clean and extremely well managed, Someone was always available to speak to if there were any questions or concerns, I would recommend this facility with no hesitation,
